About the Taos Pilots Association

The Taos Pilots Association is an IRS 501(c)(3) registered Domestic Nonprofit Corporation, New Mexico.

Promote and improve aviation safety.
Foster a productive and mutually beneficial relationship between the community of pilots at Taos Municipal Airport (KSKX) and other airport stakeholders, including FBO operations, the Town of Taos and airport neighbors.
Provide opportunities for social activities among Taos pilots.
Educate youth about flying and develop opportunities for youth to learn to fly.
Improve the Taos Airport and develop a robust aviation community at the Taos Airport.
Provide and host aviation education and proficiency improvement activities.
Promote a community of aviation enthusiasts based in Taos which shares information and hosts activities to promote aviation.
Provide a social environment and fellowship for aviators and those interested in aviation.
